Qualifications

• Registered 3rd year apprentice or Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with 1-2 years experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight at customer locations when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you’ll perform repairs (in shop and field) and equipment builds for construction machinery. What You’ll Do

What You Bring

The successful candidate will be a registered 3rdyear apprentice or Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with 1-2 years experience maintaining and repairing heavy equipment. You are committed to safe work practices and enjoy troubleshooting equipment issues to support reliable customer operations. Other requirements include:

• Experience performing maintenance and repair on heavy equipment, preferably construction equipment.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight at customer locations when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and learn new equipment systems.
• Motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in challenging environments.
• Strong commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Field service experience.
• Experience working with Komatsu equipment.
• Interprovincial Red Seal certification.
• Experience with agricultural equipment.
