Qualifications

• Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal, or active enrollment in a related apprenticeship.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose components and equipment for servicing needs.
• Service and repair equipment in the shop and on-site for the customer.
• Recondition and remanufacture components as required for equipment and engine repairs.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
• Update and maintain service records and complete work orders.
• Complete warranty information and participate in safety training.
