Job summary

Wajax in Mount Pearl, NL, is seeking a Service Administration role to develop and manage service operations for truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, and generator projects. You will handle customer inquiries in person, on the phone, and by email, ensuring timely responses and accurate purchase orders.

Responsibilities include opening/closing work orders, scheduling technicians, entering timecards, and administering warranties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators and marine industry is an asset.
• Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Administration duties for Service Department: looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service.
• Customer relations top priority, in person, on phone, email etc.
• Issuing/receiving of purchase orders for service department.
• Opening and closing of workorders, scheduling of work for technicians.
• Timecard entry
• Warranty administration
