Weaver Group Ltd in Sexsmith, Alberta is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our pipeline construction team. Operators will use excavators, dozers, and side booms on challenging projects, with a strong emphasis on safety and operational excellence.

You will work with a modern fleet, support field crews across Western Canada, and have opportunities for career growth within a safety-focused, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, dozers, or side booms on pipeline projects
• Pipeline construction experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• CSO, H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications
• Ability to travel and work away from home
• Ability to work extended hours and varying schedules
• Work outdoors in variable weather and site conditions
• Strong safety and teamwork ethos

What You’ll Need

• Experience operating excavators, dozers, side booms, or related heavy equipment


• Pipeline construction experience


• Strong understanding of right-of-way construction activities


• Ability to work safely in active construction environments


• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License


• Valid CSO


• Valid H2S Alive


• Valid Standard First Aid


• Ability to travel and work away from home as required


• Ability to work extended hours and varying schedules


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions
