This full-time, permanent role requires hands-on diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on CAT, Genie, Skyjack equipment, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Heavy Equipment Mechanic experience or 3rd/4th year apprentice with diagnostic skills.
• Experience repairing Genie, Skyjack and CAT equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and estimate repair costs.
• Inspect rental equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts using hand/power tools.
• Test repaired equipment to confirm manufacturer specs.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Order parts to complete repairs efficiently.
• Support branch operations as assigned.
