You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and overhauling heavy‑duty vehicles and equipment, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of heavy machinery and vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems.
Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Travel to various remote sites for field repairs as needed.
Develop and maintain routine and preventative maintenance schedules.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in safety training and stay up-to-date with industry standards.
Communicate clearly with mechanical technicians and team members during repair operations.
