Job summary

MasterTech in Dryden, ON seeks Licensed Red Seal Technicians (310T, 310S or 421A) to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy trucks, light vehicles, and company equipment. The role emphasizes hydraulics, diagnostics, electrical, and powertrain work.

Expect 90% shop work with some mobile calls. Competitive pay of CAD 42–44 per hour with annual increases and full benefits after probation, plus pension and PTO. Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Red Seal Technician (310T, 310S or 421A) with applicable certification.
• Experience with hydraulics, diagnostics, electrical and powertrain systems.
• Must own tools and hold a valid G driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy trucks, light vehicles, and company equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle systems such as hydraulics, electrical, and powertrain.
• Work primarily in the shop (about 90%) with occasional mobile calls/service.
• Work in a team environment with potential overtime.

Job description

Licensed Red Seal Technicians (310T, 310S or 421A) are needed in the Dryden, ON region. Working with a large fleet, completing preventative maintenance and repairs to Heavy Trucks, Light Vehicles, and Company owned Equipment. An opportunity to work with an experienced team of Technician's including ample overtime potential.

Compensation:

• $42.00 - $44.00/hour to start (Annual Increases)
• Full Benefits Available following 90-Days
• Pension, PTO, Disability Insurance

Shift/Schedule:

• Monday to Friday + OT
• 8-10/hour shifts (Peak Season Increase through Spring-Fall)

Requirements:

• Valid 310T, 310S or 421A License
• Comfortable with Hydraulics, Diagnostics, Electrical and Powertrain.
• Own Tools, Valid G Driver's License
• This position is 90% shop work, occasional mobile calls/service.
