Job description

LiftbossJCB is a Canadian owned and operated company, founded in 2006, with locations in Calgary, Edmonton, and Lethbridge. We are a full-service construction equipment and forklift dealer, selling, servicing, and renting a complete line of JCB construction equipment and forklifts. We have an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician.

Responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with dispatch on schedule.
2. Ensuring all appropriate documents are submitted.
3. Communicating with various departments.
4. Performing equipment maintenance and inspections, communicating repair needs to customers.
5. Maintaining the provided company vehicle.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience in heavy-duty repair with strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication.
• Possesses certifications or experience in hydraulics, diesel, and propane (assets).
• Has experience with JCB equipment (assets).
• Has at least 2 years of material handling/construction experience.
• Is self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Owns the necessary tools.
