Job summary

GFL Environmental in Abbotsford, BC is hiring a Red Seal Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. You will inspect, repair, and maintain diesel, CNG, gas, and electric trucks to ensure reliable, safe operation.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Red Seal Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician certification.
• Experience inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding diesel, CNG, gas, and electric equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and rebuild diesel, CNG, gas, and electric trucks and heavy-duty equipment.
• Complete work orders and ensure fleet reliability and safety.

Skills

Heavy-Duty mechanical experience
