Job summary

Tilray Winnipeg/Ste Agathe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on production and facility equipment, troubleshoot systems, and maintain HVAC and building services. Qualifications

  • 3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience (food production plant an asset).
  • Mechanical trades licensing as HVAC technician and gas ticket preferred.
  • Experience maintaining preventive and ongoing maintenance programs.
  • Working proficiency in CMMS COGZ; MS Word/Outlook/Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Performs troubleshooting, preventive and predictive, and diagnostic maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Completes work orders ensuring repairs meet quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Communicates with Maintenance and Production teams for efficient plant operation.
  • Recommends continuous improvements to increase operational efficiencies.
  • Repairs and maintains HVAC systems for Winnipeg plant and assist Ste Agathe plant when needed.
  • Responds to after-hours emergencies as needed.
  • Assists with general building maintenance (carpentry, snow clearing, etc.).

In addition, you will provide technical support to production teams to maximize production uptime and ensure the optimal functioning of production equipment and facilities.
