Responsibilities
- Counsel and instruct to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Administer hearing evaluations and make recommendations for aids.
- Perform hearing aid fittings and related reports.
- Educate patients on technology and benefits of hearing aids.
- Provide follow-up care and schedule checkups.
- Generate leads through community networking.
- Foster repeat/referral business via outstanding service.
