Job summary

Oticon is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Ontario, Canada, to grow the hearing care business. The role is field-based with extensive travel, focusing on building relationships with clinics and audiologists, driving sales, and providing technical product training and support.

You will manage CRM data, develop territory plans, and present updates to senior leadership. A post-secondary degree in a related field and 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires related post-secondary degree; formal education in hearing care preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in healthcare or hearing care settings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel 50–70% within territory and sometimes internationally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing business; develop new opportunities.
• Meet annual sales quotas and metrics.
• Build long-term relationships with clinics, dispensers and audiologists.
• Maintain CRM with appointments and call notes; keep data up to date.
• Develop annual business territory plan; present updates to leadership.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos.
• Evaluate territory performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Ensure compliant with company sales policies; provide training on products.
