As the Regional Manager, you will combine clinical expertise with management skills to oversee clinic operations while providing patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on audiology services, including comprehensive testing, counselling, dispensing hearing aids, and continued follow up care.
• Cultivate relationships with patients, ensuring their hearing needs are met from the initial consultation to the successful resolution.
• Support the team with guidance on complex clinical cases and mentor team to promote growth.
• Oversee the daily operations in clinics, balancing clinical care with business goals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by mentoring and developing clinic team.
• Manage team performance through regular performance management tasks, feedback, and addressing any operational or clinical challenges.
• Drive business goals by managing budgets, resources, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met.

What you bring:

• Master’s Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification
• Licensed by CASLPO/AHIP and ADP
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in audiology, with leadership or clinic management experience
