Job summary

GardaWorld in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking a HealthCare Security Guard to balance security with compassion in a fast-paced health care setting. You will patrol, control access, respond to incidents, and assist patients, staff and visitors with professionalism.

The role offers an hourly wage of 18.35 CAD, GardaWorld Academy continuing education, flexible shifts, opportunities for career growth, and a uniform provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solvingskills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Address incidents or potential threats quickly.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Control access points and check identification.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Partner with authorities during serious situations.
