Edmonton Oliver Primary Care Network is hiring a Permanent Full-Time Program Manager to lead projects and programs that improve patient outcomes. This role reports to the Director, Clinical Operations and drives innovation within primary care settings.

The position is in-person, Monday to Friday, at the EOPCN central office, with responsibilities spanning operations, liaison work, budgeting, and staff leadership to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science or Business Administration plus 2 years in a managerial role.
  • 5+ years of professional healthcare delivery/administration experience.
  • Professional registration with a healthcare college is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise interprofessional teams and clinical staff, mentoring as needed.
  • Oversee daily program operations aligning with standards and policies.
  • Lead design, development and management of clinical and operational programs.
  • Monitor outcomes and indicators to support decision-making and goals.
  • Ensure practices align with guidelines, regulatory requirements, and patient-centered care.
  • Lead change and project initiatives to enhance program delivery.
  • Collaborate with member clinics, physicians, nurse practitioners and stakeholders.
