Paladin Security is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee a team of Operators within the Operations Centre. You will monitor daily activity, manage incident responses, and ensure adherence to protocols for a safe, secure environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. The position offers a full-time schedule from Sunday to Thursday and contributes to a dynamic security operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a call centre, dispatch, or security operations environment.
• Strong typing speed and computer literacy required; ability to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for coordination with staff and clients.
• Demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of scheduling and reporting software to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate timely dispatching of alarms and provide accurate follow-up reports with resolutions.
• Process client requests for ad-hoc coverage into scheduling software.
• Communicate incidents impacting operations to internal stakeholders as needed.
