Job summary

Halton Healthcare is seeking an HR Associate for Employee & Client Services to support onboarding, benefits and payroll processes across multiple hospital sites. The role reports to the Manager of Compensation, Benefits & HR Support Services and supports a large workforce within the OT Human Resources department.

Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in Business or HR, 3–5 years in HR, and strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll integration, and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources or associated field of study.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations including employee life cycle transactions, compensation and benefits, HRIS, collective agreements and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, benefits, compensation, and transfers for assigned client groups.
• Ensure accurate HR system data entry and benefit coverage for new hires and changes.
• Support payroll and respond to HR inquiries from employees and departments.
