Job summary

Shared Health in Winnipeg is seeking a Facilities Support Services Lead to manage environmental services, facilities, maintenance and related operations across the Health Care Centre of Excellence locations. You will lead a customer-centered team and align activities with provincial standards.

The role requires significant leadership experience in healthcare settings, effective liaison with regional partners, and a focus on asset management, safety and reliability of services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of environmental services, facilities, equipment and maintenance for the site/service provider.
• Build and manage a client-centric team delivering timely, reliable environmental and facilities services.
• Liaise with region and Shared Health capital planning on projects like building construction and security projects.
• Liaise with clinical engineering on projects like building construction and security projects.
• Maintain physical assets to ensure reliable health services.
• Provide site incident control and business continuity and coordination of the site plan.
