Job summary

Shared Health seeks a senior facilities leader to oversee Facilities Management for the HealthCare Centre of Excellence and related sites in Manitoba. The role emphasizes strategic operations, safety, and asset management to support patient care.

You will manage a unionized workforce, coordinate maintenance and logistics, travel across the service area, and drive LEADS-based leadership, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior leadership capabilities and LEADS framework familiarity.
• Experience managing a large team in a health-care setting is preferred.
• Strong coordination of maintenance logistics, safety training, and HR management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Facilities Management team and operations.
• Coordinate support functions including maintenance logistics, safety training, and HR matters.
• Oversee unionized workforce management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel across the service area for site evaluations and project delivery.
• Prepare for on-call duties as required and ensure operational readiness.
