Job summary

Shared Health in Winnipeg is seeking a Manager, Health Services to lead inter-disciplinary teams delivering patient-centered care at Health Sciences Centre.

Under the Director's direction, you will ensure safe, effective and efficient health services, promote integrated care pathways and monitor performance against quality indicators.

Required are 3–5 years of leadership in clinical settings and 5 years of direct clinical delivery, with a post-secondary health degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in patient/resident care settings.
• 5 years of direct clinical services delivery across assigned clinical areas.
• Knowledge of regulatory acts including Personal Health Information Act, Protection of Persons in Care Act, Mental Health Act, WHMIS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inter-disciplinary teams providing direct patient care and ensure safe, effective service delivery.
• Lead performance indicators monitoring and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster patient/resident/client-centred care pathways and integrated service delivery models.
