Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a General Manager for Environmental Services (EVS) in healthcare to lead EVS operations across a complex healthcare environment in Northern Alberta. You will coach and develop EVS managers and frontline teams, drive high cleaning, sanitation, quality and safety standards, and build strong stakeholder relationships with healthcare clients.

You will manage staffing, labour and budgets, monitor service delivery, and pursue continuous improvement while fostering

Qualifications

• Experience leading Environmental Services in acute healthcare.
• Proven track record developing operational leaders.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare cleaning, infection prevention and quality standards.
• Experience managing budgets, labour and performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Infection Prevention standards and patient flow systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Services operations within a complex healthcare environment.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development to EVS managers, supervisors and frontline teams.
• Drive high standards for healthcare cleaning, sanitation, quality and safety.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare and client stakeholders.
