Job summary

Aramark Calgary is seeking a General Manager, Environmental Services (EVS) for Healthcare to lead operational EVS in a complex acute-care setting. You will manage large frontline teams, coach EVS leaders, and drive cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards in patient care environments.

You will collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, oversee staffing, budgets and performance, and promote accountability and service excellence while ensuring compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Environmental Services leadership experience in acute healthcare.
• Proven experience leading large frontline teams and developing operational leaders.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare cleaning practices, infection prevention principles and quality standards.
• Demonstrated client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, labour and operational performance.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on operational leader who understands the complexities of healthcare cleaning, can lead and develop large frontline teams, and is committed to delivering safe, clean and welcoming environments for patients, visitors and healthcare teams.

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00.
