Aramark Canada is seeking an Operations Manager for Environmental Services in a healthcare setting in Southern Alberta. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding EVS teams, maintaining infection prevention standards and delivering safe, clean environments for patients and staff.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing, and drive improvements while collaborating with healthcare teams and client stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and compliance with safety

As we continue to strengthen our healthcare operations in the Lethbridge region, we're looking to connect with experienced Environmental Services leaders who understand the unique demands of acute healthcare environments.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows healthcare cleaning, enjoys leading frontline teams, and understands that great Environmental Services operations play an important role in creating safe, clean and welcoming environments for patients, visitors and healthcare teams.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Environmental Services leadership experience within acute healthcare or a similarly complex healthcare environment
• Experience leading and developing frontline cleaning/EVS teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare cleaning practices, infection prevention principles and quality standards
• Experience managing staffing, scheduling, labour and day-to-day operational performance
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with employees, healthcare teams and client stakeholders
• A visible, hands‑on leadership style and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with Infection Prevention standards, healthcare quality auditing and systems supporting patient flow would be an asset
