Aramark Canada is seeking a General Manager, Environmental Services (EVS) Healthcare to lead EVS operations in a complex acute care setting. You will mentor EVS managers and frontline teams while driving standards in cleaning, infection prevention, quality and safety.

In this hands‑on role you’ll manage staffing, budgets and performance, build strong relationships with healthcare clients and ensure compliant service delivery.

• Strong Environmental Services leadership experience in acute healthcare.
• Proven experience leading large frontline teams and developing operational leaders.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare cleaning practices, infection prevention principles and quality standards.

Aramark is growing in Northern Alberta, and we're looking for experienced healthcare leaders to grow with us.

As we continue to strengthen our healthcare operations in the region, we're looking to connect with an experienced General Manager, Environmental Services who brings strong leadership experience within an acute healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on operational leader who understands the complexities of healthcare cleaning, can lead and develop large frontline teams, and is committed to delivering safe, clean and welcoming environments for patients, visitors and healthcare teams.

What You'll Do

• Experience managing budgets, labour and operational performance

• Ability to lead effectively in a complex, fast‑paced healthcare environment
• Familiarity with Infection Prevention standards and best practices and systems used to control patient flow in acute care hospitals would be an asset
