Job summary

Signal 1 seeks a Technical Deployment Manager to lead the implementation of the AIMS platform at partner health systems from kickoff to go-live and steady-state handoff.

You will run the project management backbone of each deployment, coordinating status updates, steering committee materials, and ensuring stakeholders have access and a shared understanding of deadlines, while solving barriers across technical and organizational layers.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience delivering external customer projects in enterprise software or PMO/transformation.
• Highly organized with RAID logs, status frameworks and milestone tracking.
• Excellent written communication and ability to present to executive audiences.
• Experience running executive status and steerco communications independently.
• Technical fluency in integrations, data flows, and governance without coding.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, matrixed projects.
• Strong stakeholder rapport with clinical and technical partners.
• PM certification (PMP/CSM or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle in a fast-scaling startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, timeline, and RAID for AIMS deployments end-to-end.
• Coordinate regular status updates and project cadence with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Prepare and present steering committee materials to hospital executives.
• Ensure data and system access is provisioned and deadlines understood by all parties.
• Design workflows with clinicians and technical staff, reflecting client workflows in AIMS.
• Identify risks early and escalate only when necessary.
• Set priorities clearly and motivate partners to hit milestones.
• Lead or participate in client meetings to build rapid rapport across audiences.
• Capture user pain points and translate into inputs for product/engineering.
• Deliver client team training and provide ongoing post-go-live support.
• Drive adoption from legacy processes to AIMS workflows and address resistance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and report status to Signal1 and hospital partners.
