Interior Health is seeking a permanent full-time Coordinator, Medical Administration to lead medical administrative services across IH and work with a second Coordinator to support Chiefs of Staff and Executive Medical Director Administrative Assistants. Strong leadership, communication, and HR management skills are essential to build relationships and drive strategic priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration is required.
• Three to five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach and ability to develop effective relationships.

• Implements priorities for medical administrative services across IH and coordinates workflow for leaders and departments.
• Oversees human resources management for MAAs, including recruitment and selection.
• Supervises day-to-day work assignments, handles grievances, and plans staff training needs.
• Sets goals and performance standards for medical administrative services and staff; handles performance issues as needed.
• Leads medical administrative services teamwork and engagement across IH sites.
• Collaborates with AAs and MAAs to align portfolio activities with IH and Medical Affairs strategic plans.
