Job summary

Prima Living – Park Place in Aurora, ON seeks a Health & Wellness Manager to lead the development and delivery of wellness programs for residents and staff. You will ensure health outcomes align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals while overseeing budgets and the wellness team.

The role requires 5+ years in wellness program management, at least 2 years in leadership, and a valid LPN/RPN licence. Collaboration with Nursing, HR, Recreation, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in health and wellness program management.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Valid LPN or RPN licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee health and wellness programs, events, and initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the wellness team, supporting training and development.
• Manage wellness budgets, vendors, contracts, and resources.
• Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Nursing, HR, Recreation, and external healthcare partners.
• Promote resident and staff engagement through wellness initiatives and educational programs.
• Monitor program performance, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory, safety, and organizational standards.
