CarePartners in Canada seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Personal Support and Nursing Management teams across the HNHB region, reporting to Operations Director. The role focuses on client services, case management, HR and claims, aligning with policies, legislation and collective agreements.

The position offers competitive salary from $89,505.00 to $110,994.00 CAD, with remote work flexibility and travel within the HNHB region.

Formación

• Leadership experience coaching and supporting teams
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal skills and people management

Responsabilidades

• Building and coaching your team by providing training, supervision and coaching to evaluate Personal Support and Nurse Management Teams
• Assisting with recruitment efforts and identifying development opportunities
• Managing front line staff performance issues and workflow routines to support patient service satisfaction
• Monitoring quality and compliance through audits and QM/Risk Management policies
• Supporting health and safety programs and modified work opportunities
• Representing the branch on committees and liaising with providers/funders
