Qualifications

• RN or RPN degree with current CNO registration.
• Diploma/degree in health care or HR field.
• 3–6 years of leadership experience in health care.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Background check including vulnerable sector check.

Responsibilities
