Job summary

CarePartners is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Personal Support and Nursing Management teams across Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand and Brant regions. The role offers hybrid work with some travel, and a compensation grid reflecting hours and role criteria.

You will bring RN/RPN registration, strong leadership, and excellent communication to ensure high quality client services, compliance, and staff development. The position emphasizes safety and collaboration with regional partners.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN or RPN with valid CNO registration in good standing.
• 3–6 years of leadership experience coaching and supporting teams.
• Diploma or degree in a health care or human resources related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach the Personal Support and Nurse Management teams; provide training, supervision and coaching.
• Support recruitment efforts; identify development opportunities for management and staff.
• Maintain workflow routines to support patient service satisfaction; ensure service standards.
• Oversee quality management, risk management and compliance with legislation and contracts.
• Support health and safety programs and facilitate modified work opportunities.
• Represent the branch in committees and liaise with purchasers/funders about service delivery.
