Job summary

Engaged Training Solutions in Ontario is seeking a knowledgeable Health & Safety Trainer to deliver engaging, practical training programs across industries. You will conduct both classroom and hands-on instruction at our Stoney Creek Training Centre and at customer locations, promoting workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze training needs, develop content, evaluate courses on equipment like overhead cranes and forklifts, and collaborate with leadership to align offerings

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience providing training to employees inside and outside their organizations.
• Adult learning principles experience and certification considered an asset.
• Experience in manufacturing and heavy equipment is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of OHSA, CSA, ESA, ANSI regulations and related standards.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, practical training both in-person and on-site across industries.
• Conduct training needs analysis and tailor content to audience levels.
• Develop or modify course content and evaluate programs.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve content delivery.
• Coordinate with leadership and sales to align training with customer needs.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of required training documentation.
