Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in Health & Safety.
• Minimum 2–5 years in a similar role with regulatory focus.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools; ability to navigate web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Support HSE program management and departmental strategy.
• Develop SOPs, tools, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate HSE initiatives and communications to stakeholders.
• Create, edit, and distribute HSE communications and materials.
• Maintain knowledge of Employment Standards, HR, and safety regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE department.
• Assist with workers' compensation claim administration.
• Coordinate with suppliers and departments on expenditures and invoices.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.
• Schedule meetings and travel; maintain data in HSE systems.
• Review monthly incident stats and internal HSE metrics.
• Manage intranet content and HSE data analysis.
• Support data analysis and reporting for HSE performance.
