Safety, Health & Environment Manager
Your Mission
Based in Mississauga, reporting to the VP of Operations as part of the Operations Leadership Team, you will develop and implement programs to ensure a safe work environment, prevent injuries, and comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations at local and global levels. You will support stakeholders to foster a Culture of Caring, contributing to the health, safety, security, and well-being of people and the planet. You will oversee environmental initiatives at the national level across Canada.
The role involves interaction with multiple manufacturing sites, remote workers, and sales teams. You will work independently and collaboratively to meet organizational needs and contribute to the overall HSE strategy. Puratos aims for net-zero emissions, carbon neutrality by 2025, zero waste to landfill, and water balance by 2030. This position offers an opportunity to lead environmental initiatives aligning with these sustainability goals.
