Job summary

Kings Cleaners Inc. is seeking a proactive Health & Safety and Administrative Coordinator to help maintain our safety program, handle payroll-related tasks, and manage standard office administration.

The role focuses on compliance with Ontario OHSA, WSIB documentation, and ensuring a well-organized operation. The ideal candidate will organize training, maintain records, coordinate JHSC meetings, and support management on various administrative projects while upholding confidentiality and

Qualifications

  • Experience in Health & Safety, office administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act is an asset.
  • Experience with WSIB administration is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the Health & Safety Program.
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario health and safety legislation.

  • Conduct and document workplace inspections.
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.

  • Maintain Health & Safety manuals, policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Assist with payroll preparation.
  • Prepare and send customer invoices.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain employee and client files.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Perform data entry and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling and general office administration.
  • Support management with various administrative projects.

Job description
