Job summary

tap pCONNECT Inc. is seeking an experienced Health & Safety leader to influence culture, build best practices, and reduce risk across multiple divisions. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will strengthen our safety culture, manage claims, and develop programs that matter.

You will lead both Health & Safety and Claims functions, with direct exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to mentor future safety champions in a diverse transportation organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building safety cultures and programs.
• Ability to manage complex safety and claims processes (WCB).
• Strong collaboration with executives, managers, and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health & Safety and Claims functions across the organization.
• Develop and implement safety programs, procedures, and KPIs.
