Job summary

tappCONNECT Inc. is seeking an experienced Health & Safety leader to shape safety culture across multiple transportation divisions. You will lead both Health & Safety and Claims functions, develop programs, and drive continuous improvement while reporting to the Director of Operations.

You’ll strengthen safety culture, manage complex WCB and claims processes, and mentor leaders to develop future safety champions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of safety programs and teams.
• Experience with incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Strong data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and reporting.

You have experience maintaining and supporting COR (Certificate of Recognition) certification, including audit preparation, implementation of corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
