Job Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to the following:

1. Ensure procedures are developed, communicated, and followed by workers within their area of responsibility.
2. Ensure workers comply with law, Rollstamp's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, ISO45001 Occupational H&S Management System (OHSMS), and ISO14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.
3. Inform workers about actual and potential hazards and respond to their safety concerns.
4. Ensure workers wear and know how to use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) and protective devices.
5. Participate in incident investigations and workplace safety inspections/checks.
6. Conduct safety talks or training and correct unsafe acts or conditions.
7. Perform safety performance appraisals for workers.
8. Support and participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC).
9. Report modifications, additions, or removals in processes related to HSE.
10. Review environmental aspects/impacts and risk assessments, and adhere to operational controls for worker and environmental protection.
11. Authorize the use of new chemicals or raw materials.
12. Authorize purchases related to HSE in their Department.
