Job summary

ChangeMakers in Toronto is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Health sector initiatives on a 6-month contract. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate internal teams with external vendors.

The role requires 4–6 years in project management within marketing or creative industries, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Project Manager, Health – 6 Month Contract

You are a seasoned Project Manager with experience in a creative agency environment, ready to take on an impactful role. With a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, you’re undaunted by large project loads and can efficiently manage multiple projects at once. Your knowledge of project management processes, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and solution-focused mindset make you a key asset.

What Are Your Responsibilities?

• Oversee and manage projects within your assigned portfolio from initiation to completion.

What Type of Qualities and Qualifications Should I Have?

• 4-6 years of experience in a project management role, ideally within the marketing or creative industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also excelling independently with minimal oversight to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Highly skilled at managing competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
• Quick to learn detailed processes and adapt to new systems.
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions with confidence.
• Calm and composed under pressure, able to manage stress while delivering results.

Good to Have:

• Expertise in digital project management is a plus.
• Experience working in a Health Agency environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management software (i.e. Kantata)

The Canada base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
