Qualifications

• Able to keyboard at 45 w.p.m. and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls.
• Performing clerical duties related to patient records including registration and release of information.
• Maintaining and retrieving patient records, assembly, and quantitative analysis.
• Utilizing switchboard, public address and related communications systems to route information.
