Job summary

Primary Care Alberta is seeking an Information Analyst to support Health Link 811 by designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, dashboards, and reports. You will use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive performance insights.

This role requires an undergraduate degree in statistics or information analysis, five years of data analysis experience, and proficiency with Tableau, Epic, and Microsoft Office. The position is full-time, based in Calgary.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in statistics, information analysis, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience with data analysis.
• Broad understanding of relational databases with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with scripting in SQL.
• Epic Proficiency Test or Epic certification in relevant modules.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards and reports.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and timely availability of information.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives through reporting tools.
