Job summary

Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a 0.50 FTE Relief Scheduling Clerk in St. Pierre-Jolys, MB. The role requires experience with electronic scheduling systems and at least three years in health care, plus strong Excel, Outlook and Teams skills.

You will work in person, support payroll processes, and travel to regional facilities as needed. Applicants should have a Grade 12 education or equivalent, be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate effective

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience with electronic employee scheduling applications.
• Minimum three years of experience in a health care environment.
• Grade twelve education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Working knowledge of Collective Agreements.
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and travel to regional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate electronic scheduling and payroll related processes.
• Coordinate with management and staff across the region.
• Travel to regional facilities as duties require.
• Ensure confidentiality of information and uphold attendance standards.
• Support bilingual service requirements where applicable.
