ParaMed is a leading home health care provider in Canada, offering nursing, personal and home support. A Health Care Aide helps clients live safely at home by assisting with daily tasks, meal preparation, hygiene, and companionship across multiple visits per day.

We provide best-in-class training, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling. Successful candidates must complete Alberta-recognized HCA training and pass a background check; transport to client residences is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an HCA program recognized and approved by the Government of Alberta.
• Willingness to visit patient residences within a designated area.
• Experience in personal hygiene care is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between patients for home visits and provide care.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal-time.
• Light housekeeping and companionship for patients.
