Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking a Health Care Aide to support clients in their homes across Alberta. You will travel between patients, help with meals, basic housekeeping, and assist with daily living activities while providing companionship and compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have a recognized HCA program, willingness to visit residences, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a HCA program recognized and approved by the Government of Alberta.
• Willingness to visit patient’s residences within a designated area.
• Experience in personal hygiene care is an asset but not required.
• Experience working with seniors and/or children is an asset.

Responsibilities

As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will assist people in your community to live safely in their homes by supporting them with daily tasks and self-care activities.

What You Bring
