Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Caregiver who provides hands-on support with daily living activities and helps create a safe, dignified environment for residents.

You will follow individualized service plans, assist with memory care, support dining services, and engage residents through conversation and daily activities. This casual role offers paid training and opportunities for career growth, with flexible on-call hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range: 29.83 - 37.29

Employment Type: Casual

This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
