Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care to residents in Beaconsfield, Quebec. You will follow ISP guidance, promote dignity and independence, and engage residents in daily activities, including dining support and social interactions.

This role emphasizes compassionate, reliable care with strong communication to families and care leaders. Training and career growth opportunities are provided, with provincial employment standards observed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for residents in Memory Care.
