Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Healthy and Safety Advisor in the Oil and Gas industry in Red Deer, Alberta.

Agilus is recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor (NCSO) in the Red Deer/Joffre area on behalf of a leading energy sector client. This contract opportunity offers the chance to support field operations, promote safe work practices, and contribute to regulatory compliance across gas fleet operations. Working closely with site teams and a Senior H&S Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture while supporting ongoing HSE program improvements. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

• Manage multiple priorities while working independently
• Conduct site inspections, investigations, and safety assessments
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records
• Reside in or near the Red Deer or Joffre area or be able to commute regularly
