Job summary

The Aqua Life Swim Academy in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking enthusiastic swim instructors to teach kids and adults across all levels, from beginners to advanced. You will collaborate with the Aquatics Supervisor to refine teaching techniques and support fellow instructors with feedback during visits.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels.
• Work with Aquatics Supervisor to improve teaching techniques.

• Assist with staff meetings and training sessions.
• Train new instructors on curriculum.
• Assist in recruiting new instructors through water interviews.

• Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels - whether they're just starting or perfecting their skills.
• Working with the Aquatics Supervisor to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques.
• Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits.
• Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work.

• Training new instructors on our curriculum so they're ready to dive in.
