Job summary

The Aqua Life Swim Academy is looking for enthusiastic swim instructors to teach lessons to kids and adults at all levels. You will work closely with the Aquatics Manager to refine teaching techniques and support fellow instructors through feedback and mentoring.

You will cover classes when needed, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and help recruit new instructors by participating in water interviews. A team-first attitude and dependable work ethic are essential.

• Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels, whether they\'re just starting or perfecting their skills.


• Working with the Aquatics Manager to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques.


• Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits.


• Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work.


• Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions to keep our team top-notch.


• Training new instructors on our curriculum so they\'re ready to dive in.


• Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors.

What You Need to Bring:
