Splash N’ Learn Swim School Inc is seeking dedicated staff to deliver fun, safe, and high-quality swimming lessons using our Splash N’ Learn program. You will work with our aquatic team to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all swimmers.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver swimming lessons using the Splash N’ Learn program.
• Commitment to safety and positive, inclusive instruction.
• Reliable, team-focused and proactive in a fast-paced aquatic environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Splash N’ Learn team standards, mission, and core values.
• Provide swimming instruction of strokes and skills in a progressive manner using the Splash N’ Learn program.
• Maintain upbeat and friendly attitude at all times.
• Be on time and in uniform for all scheduled shifts.
• Check iclass prior to each shift for class changes or makeups.
• Know each student by name.
• Follow core plans and lesson plans for the session.
• Complete skill trees on iclass and provide feedback accurately.
• Assist Aquatic Supervisor when class is not present.
• Supervise participants and prevent accidents.
• Correct unsafe or inaccurate behavior as needed.

• Always maintains an upbeat and friendly attitude
• Be on time and present for all scheduled shifts and in uniform at all times while on shift
• Check iclass prior to each shift for any class changes and/or makeups
• Know each student by name
• Follow assigned core plans and lesson plans for the session
• Complete skill trees on iclass and provide comments and feedback accurately and professionally
• Assist Aquatic Supervisor with tasks if class is not present
• Supervision of the participants and accident prevention
• Correct unsafe or inaccurate behaviour as needed
