Job summary

The Aqua Life Swim Academy is looking for motivated swim instructors to teach kids and adults of all levels, from beginners to those refining skills.

You will work with the Aquatics Manager to enhance teaching methods, mentor fellow instructors, and cover classes as needed, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality lessons.

Qualifications

• National Lifeguard Certification required.
• Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Level C required.
• Swimming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels.
• Collaborate with the Aquatics Manager to improve teaching techniques.
• Mentor other instructors by giving constructive feedback during visits.
• Cover classes when needed to support the team.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to keep the team top-notch.
• Train new instructors on the curriculum to get them ready to teach.
• Conduct water interviews to help recruit great new instructors.
